Terms and Conditions valid from 15.07.2011. Webshop products sell eteippi, Business ID 2418939-7.
All prices in eteippi.fi webshop include VAT 24%.
To order must indicate the name, mailing address and email address. The customer must be at least 18 years old, or have parental permission to order.
Order confirmation and payment details are sent via email.

Payment

You can pay your order either as a normal bank transfer, Checkout payment service (for finnish customers) or Paypal payment.

Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For reclamations, please contact the website the payment was made to.

PayPal is a global and secure payment transfer service. PayPal supports a variety of payment methods.

Delivery

The products are delivered mainly through the mail envelope. Shipping costs in Finland are EUR 2.60, 5.00 or 9.00. Currently we do not deliver overseas packages (larger than 20x30cm items). Other delivery methods will be agreed with the client (for example, the customer's customed stickers/orders or large orders).

Delivery Time

NOTE! From 1.5.2022 deliveries are generally once a week. (Delivery time for stickers is about 1 - 4 working days. For T-shirts, hats and mugs, the delivery time is usually 4-6 working days. For hoodies and caps, 9-14 working days.) A longer delivery time for that product is mentioned on product category page. We always try to delivery as soon as possible. We are not responsible for the delivery time after the product has been handed over to the transport company.

Return Policy

Standard webshop products have a 14 day money back guarantee. Item must be returned unused and with the transfer tape on. Customer pays return fees. According to the Consumer Protection Act the customer's customed product is not refundable, except if it is defective. Defective product has a 14-day money back guarantee. The Consumer Protection Act, chapter 6 § 16 (15.12.2000/1072).

Miscellaneous

eteippi.fi not responsible for direct or indirect damage that has been caused to the customer of the product by improper handling or storage, or as a result of that order was not received or delivered mail in accordance with the agreements. eteippi.fi is not responsible for any sticker detachment after taping. eteippi.fi may modify the terms and prices without notice.
We reserve the right to change the terms of delivery. The customer must read the valid terms and conditions before ordering.
