The collected data is entered onto the database either by eteippi webshop orders or customer register notifications.

Data is accessed only in those eteippi employed persons, who need the information to perform their duties. They have user names and passwords to online services (eteippi.fi), where the information is located.
Order details and information processing facilities are located on the service provider in closed data center. Fault data is backed up regularly by copying. The system is protected by a firewall against the outside contacts.
Professional secrecy is bound by employees who handle customer data. Information may be disclosed to third parties only a legal notification of the customer's request or the Act based on the request.
